Refund policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To qualify for an return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that:

- Delivery charges are non-refundable.

- Return fees are at the buyer's responsibility.

Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Once the item is received by the company, we will ship the exchange to you within 5 business days, unless otherwise specified.
